{"id":46,"date":"2020-10-08T16:46:42","date_gmt":"2020-10-08T14:46:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.remietmarion.fr\/?p=46"},"modified":"2020-10-10T21:36:09","modified_gmt":"2020-10-10T19:36:09","slug":"entree-1-la-visite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.remietmarion.fr\/index.php\/2020\/10\/08\/entree-1-la-visite\/","title":{"rendered":"Entr\u00e9e 1 : La visite"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><br>Apr\u00e8s des mois de recherches, qui ont vu se succ\u00e9der une s\u00e9rie d&#8217;\u00e9checs et de d\u00e9ceptions, notre projet d&#8217;\u00e9colieu fait enfin un grand pas en avant ! <br>Le 23 septembre 2020, une annonce appara\u00eet dans mes alertes LeBonCoin de R\u00e9mi, avec le mot cl\u00e9 \u201c<em>ruisseau<\/em>\u201d : une grange de 137 m<sup>2<\/sup> au sol en vente pour 26 000 \u20ac \u00e0 Goutti\u00e8res dans le Puy-de-D\u00f4me, sur 2 800 <sup>2 <\/sup>de terrain avec la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir 6 500m<sup>2<\/sup> suppl\u00e9mentaires. <br>Quelques \u00e9changes par mail plus tard avec l\u2019agence immobili\u00e8re, nous d\u00e9cidons de programmer une visite pour le samedi 3 octobre. L\u2019agent ne pourra pas venir, mais elle nous invite \u00e0 faire la visite seuls, en nous pr\u00e9cisant qu\u2019elle n\u2019a jamais eu acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la partie inf\u00e9rieure de la grange, une \u00e9table condamn\u00e9e car squatt\u00e9e par le pass\u00e9. La route est agr\u00e9able et me rappelle les petites routes de ma Haute-Savoie natale. Apr\u00e8s une heure de route, la grange appara\u00eet au d\u00e9tour d\u2019un virage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-container-4 wp-block-gallery-3 wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped\"><ul D\u2019une belle couleur dor\u00e9e, m\u00eame sous la grisaille de ce jour pluvieux, elle apporte de la chaleur au paysage. Nous faisons le tour de l&#8217;\u00e9table qui est mur\u00e9e sans trouver de point d\u2019entr\u00e9e. Nous nous dirigeons alors vers la partie sup\u00e9rieure pour explorer la grange. Il nous faut soulever une porte de garage de fortune pour entrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La grange ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 occup\u00e9e ill\u00e9galement, nous d\u00e9couvrons un triste spectacle. Une caravane, en \u00e9tat correct, tr\u00f4ne dans la pi\u00e8ce, porte ouverte. Autour d\u2019elle, gisent un frigo, des outils, beaucoup de paille et de d\u00e9tritus. Nous enjambons ce bazar afin d&#8217;effectuer nos mesures&#8230; quand le sol se d\u00e9robe sous mes pieds. Une palette en \u00e9quilibre et des matelas gonflables d\u00e9gonfl\u00e9s masquaient un trou permettant d&#8217;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la partie \u00e9table. <br>Nous constatons qu&#8217;il n&#8217;est pas tr\u00e8s profond et qu&#8217;un tas de foin cache une \u00e9chelle. Marion d\u00e9cide d\u2019y descendre. Si l\u2019\u00e9chelle n\u2019est pas en bon \u00e9tat, je pourrai toujours la remonter. L\u2019inverse aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 plus compliqu\u00e9. Elle s\u2019assoit sur le bord de l\u2019ab\u00eeme et se laisse tomber dans l\u2019inconnu. Les murs les d\u00e9coupant ont \u00e9t\u00e9 perc\u00e9s (par l\u2019ancien propri\u00e9taire ? par les squatteurs ?) nous permettant ainsi de passer d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 l\u2019autre. L\u2019ensemble est en bon \u00e9tat, les murs sont secs et nous ne constatons pas d\u2019odeur de moisi qui aurait pu nous inqui\u00e9ter. Comme vous pouvez le voir sur le plan, le terrain fait un long chemin qui suit un ruisseau jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 une partie plus importante. Tout nous s\u00e9duit.
